EU public procurement

Entry Scout

One click per product runs agents over labelled EU awards, web signals and open tenders, and returns a source-tagged brief and a draft email. Public demo: fictional vendor, recorded runs.

EU public procurement

Entry Scout

Tell us your company and we map each product to where EU buyers are heading, then draft the outreach email that follows from it.

Powered by Apify
Reads your company
Apify's Website Content Crawler reads your website and the LinkedIn company scraper reads your company page; Claude turns them into your product list.
Watches the market
the Google Search Scraper and job-listing scrapers track competitors, buyers and technology trends, and the TikTok scraper adds social trend signals to each tender's research.
Finds contacts
the Contact Info Scraper collects contact details from websites. It covers your company today and is the fallback for buyers whose tender notice lists no contact.
About this demo
  • Fictional vendor. Arcwell Networks does not exist. Its product set is modelled on a real networking vendor's public website and renamed.
  • Recorded runs. Every agent run (Claude, Apify, TED) was made live during the build and recorded. Clicking a product replays it on a compressed clock. The page makes no API calls and holds no keys.
  • Real EU data. The 161 past awards in the data bank are public TED notices, labelled by the extraction engine from my master's thesis at HSBA (typed items, current → new state, every item grounded in a quote from the notice).
  • No personal data. Named people, emails and phones found during the build were removed. Only buyer organisations are shown.
  • What the numbers are. Data bank “checks” are the thesis engine's real validation gates (grounding, schema, state, transitions). Tender scores are a heuristic (LLM fit × technology momentum + buyer signal) and are not calibrated. The thesis calibrator is not wired in yet.
