- Event: Build It Anyway: Signal Hunt with Apify, #SFTechWeek, European Startup Embassy, San Francisco, Fri 9 Oct 2026 (10:00-15:00 PT). The build time was 3 hours.
- What it does: enter a company and AI agents map each product to where EU public buyers are heading. It uses 161 labelled EU TED awards, web and social signals collected with 6 Apify scrapers, and open tenders, then returns a source-tagged brief and a draft outreach email. The award data bank is labelled by the extraction engine from Nicolas's HSBA master's thesis.

- Event: "Small Model, Big Maths", San Francisco, Oct 2026. Score = % of the 1,319 GSM8K test questions solved minus model size in billions of parameters.
- Result: 91.89% - 4.66B = 87.23 (winning score 89.95), light LoRA on Qwen3.5-4B, 52 training runs.

- What it does: a pharma quality-intelligence agent that rebuilds an incident across plant systems, stress-tests the suspected root cause and hands QA an evidence-cited investigation. Nicolas built the fictional generics manufacturer and its data (records, quality events and a planted root cause).
